East Lothian Rehabilitation Service are reviewing how easy it is to access their services. At present a single point of contact telephone service for advice and onward referral if appropriate is offered:
PHYSIOTHERAPY can be accessed via option 1 with a further choice.
• Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy for those with joint issues, muscle injuries, pain, or mobility issues
• Community Physiotherapy for patients who need to be seen in their own home. OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY can be accessed via option 2.
• This service is for patients who are having difficulties maintaining independence with their activities of daily living.
